Business Development Manager
Requirements:
-
2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance
media buying (Gambling vertical is a must);
-
Proven experience working with paid traffic sources,
especially PPC (Google Ads) and Facebook Ads;
-
Experience expanding and closing strategic deals with gambling
brands;
-
Knowledge of the main sources and specifics of various types
of traffic and their effectiveness;
- Experience working with different geos, EU must;
-
Familiarity with various pricing models: CPA, CPL, RevShare,
Hybrid, Agency (Budget);
-
Experience working both from the affiliate side and the
brand/operator side is a strong advantage;
- Upper Intermediate level of English;

Responsibilities:
- Proactively seeks and onboards new partners and brands;
-
Analyzes market competitors on a regular basis (websites,
keywords, etc.) and suggests a plan of necessary actions to
stay competitive;

Negotiates mutually beneficial deals with partners and
cultivate strong, lasting relationships;
-
Generates and presents comprehensive reports with key
strategic data to senior stakeholders;
-
Implements initiatives to boost traffic growth, explore new
growth opportunities, and enhance ROI;
- Continuously optimizes existing partnerships;
-
Analyzes results and quality of traffic for further
optimization of cooperation model with brands/partners;
-
Develops and negotiates contracts, integrating their
requirements into business operations;
-
Coordinates closely with the Integration Manager and technical
team to ensure smooth setup and tracking accuracy;
-
Monitors campaign performance and rotates offers based on
signals from analysts and market trends to maximize ROI and
user engagement;
- Represents the company at events and exhibitions;

Ensures that weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs are met and
achieved;
- Mentors less experienced colleagues on demand;

Maintains and shares professional knowledge within the team.
